Uniquest Mahasarakham University is a revenue-generating unit with the objective of providing academic services to society and serving as a coordination center for various academic services as follows:
1. Providing academic, technical, and professional consultations.
2. Organizing training programs, seminars, discussions, lectures, or other similar activities with specific projects or courses and defined time periods.
3. Representing the university in protecting benefits related to intellectual property rights.
4. Conducting research, surveys, design, planning, analysis, testing, inspection, writing, and translation, as well as developing and innovating inventions and artificial intelligence.
5. Developing and promoting the management and distribution of academic products or outcomes from university research.

To ensure the most effective management of Uniquest Mahasarakham University, in alignment with the university’s strategies and goals, the management policies for the fiscal year 2024 have been established. These policies aim to guide operations towards achieving the vision, fulfilling the mission, and meeting the objectives of Uniquest Mahasarakham University as follows:
1. Management
(1.1) Develop a tracking system for work processes to enhance speed and efficiency.
(1.2) Create annual operational plans and activities according to strategic plans and KPIs.
(1.3) Support decentralization of power and responsibilities, encouraging participation from all departments.
(1.4) Promote the development of staff capabilities in various areas, such as language skills, IT, marketing, and public relations.
(1.5) Manage the budget transparently and effectively according to the plan.
(1.6) Develop and maintain flowcharts and comprehensive operational manuals.

2. Accounting, Finance, and Supplies
(2.1) Conduct financial, accounting, and supply operations transparently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
(2.2) Oversee procurement operations to comply with the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act B.E. 2560 and related regulations.
(2.3) Develop standardized checklists for project reimbursement documents.
(2.4) Ensure timely and standard-compliant project disbursements.
(2.5) Further develop the electronic receipt system for quicker, more efficient, and secure receipt issuance.
3. Research and Development
(3.1) Conduct research adhering to ethics, professional codes, and accurate academic principles.
(3.2) Undertake research and development projects in collaboration with university departments.
4. Training Management
(4.1) Use market research on trainees to design courses meeting market demands.
(4.2) Expand the target audience for academic services to diverse organizations.
(4.3) Develop courses in collaboration with the marketing department to match trainee needs.
(4.4) Collaborate on course development with university departments and other public sector organizations.
(4.5) Establish and monitor training project standards to ensure compliance.
